Ok, here's what I think will happen:
Tony will go bad again.
Bill will die.
Jack will torture at least 13 more people.
Chloe and Janis will fight. Chloe will win.
Bill Garnier from Band of Brothers will be one of the "corrupt" in the White House.

Tony goes bad again.
I see your Bill dies, and raise you: He gets killed by Tony or Jack.
Janis is not working exclusively for the Feds.
The President's husband removes a mask in episode 17 and is actually Martha Logan.
The President's son is not actually dead.
Chase returns with a bionic arm and kills Tony.
Pony Boy saves the world in episode 24.

Ah, good point about Bill. If it's not Jack or Tony, it will be an indirect result of one of them or Bill sacrificing himself so it doesn't blow their cover.
I had to look up Pony Boy. You mean Silver Spoons.
Also:
Victor Drazen and Nina Myers were actually married and have been living in a spider hole under the White House.
Ryan Chappelle, Kate Warner, and, yes, Dr. Sunny Macer will make a return.

No, I mean Pony Boy. Pony Boy Curtis from The Outsiders, played by C. Thomas Howell. He played Kim's "friend" Barry in season five.

Ah, I saw a picture and thought it was Ricky Schroder, who of course is also in 24. Who isn't? Also, Ralph Macchio is also in The Outsiders. Crane stance!
