I'm starting to digitize and put online a bunch of my favorite 1800 Seconds clips.
1800 Seconds was an Iowa State University student produced show on ISU 9/ISU 4/Cy46/ISU 18/whatever channel it is on today.
We did the half hour show every two weeks with a live studio audience (sometimes as many as 50 people!). It was about half taped skits and half live skits. The taped skits were always easier to write and therefore almost always funnier; although we did have some really funny live skits too.
The show also had a fake news report halfway through called The Lockhart Report, named after Jeff Lockhart, who spearheaded it. After Lockhart graduated, John Meyers filled in the chair (and kept the named "Lockhart Report"). Next on my list of things to put up is a collection of "Woodsie's Weather" which was a regular occurrence during The Lockhart Report.
The videos are also formatted for iPod. Enjoy.
(P.S., if you worked on the show or ever saw it and have a request for me to put online, email me!)
